Gantrisch cross country center Right on the outskirts of Bern, the Gantrisch cross country center offers 45 km of superbly groomed trails at snow sure altitudes (1,450 – 1,650 meters alt.) for skating and classic style cross country. The main trailheads in this cross country paradise are Schwarzenbühl/Selital, Ottenleuebad, Gurnigel Wasserscheide and below Gantrisch hut. Langnau-Trub trail The trail is located on the Talboden between Langnau and Trub, stretching over 18 km. Trails are machine-groomed for both classic and skating cross country styles. A new floodlight system was installed in Trub in 2007, lighting the trail between Längengrund and Trub. The night trail is 2.5 kms long.
